Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Conduct variance analysis to explain deviations from financial projections
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial evaluation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
