Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Develop and implement budget forecasting models for corporate clients
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Collaborate with tax department on quarterly filings and tax planning
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience in full-cycle accounting and month-end close
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CPA) or actively pursuing CPA designation
