Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for 500+ clients
- Conduct reconciliations across bank accounts, general ledger, and payroll
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero tolerance for errors
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Enterprise and SAP
- Maintain internal controls documentation for SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Expertise in QuickBooks Enterprise and SAP systems
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced financial environments
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
