Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for 50+ client accounts
- Manage general ledger operations and account reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing with bi-weekly distribution
- Conduct audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop financial forecasting models for strategic planning
- Maintain QuickBooks and ERP system integrity
- Lead month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA license or actively pursuing certification
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
