As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts on a weekly basis.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, manage vendor relations, and ensure timely payment.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll preparation to ensure weekly payroll runs smoothly.
- Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Oracle or similar ERP systems.
