Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for capital projects and M&A activities
- Analyze market trends and regulatory impacts on energy sector profitability
- Lead monthly close processes with variance reporting and root cause analysis
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and board committees
- Optimize working capital strategies across 5 business units
- Drive automation initiatives for financial reporting processes
- Manage compliance with SOX 404 and SEC reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years in financial analysis, preferably in energy sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP
- Experience with SEC filings and regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
