Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage multi-state tax filings and compliance across Nevada, California, and Utah
- Administer garnishments, deductions, and wage adjustments with precision
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and external audits
- Maintain strict confidentiality for all employee financial data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable HCM systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and multi-state tax regulations
- Proven experience with garnishment administration and wage attachments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical detail
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder interactions
- Proficient in Excel for payroll reporting and analysis
