Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to inform budget forecasting and resource allocation
- Prepare monthly performance reports with variance analysis for executive leadership
- Develop financial models for contract proposals and risk assessments
- Collaborate with program managers to optimize revenue streams
- Ensure compliance with federal financial regulations (FAR, DFARS)
- Maintain and enhance financial databases using SAP and Oracle systems
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in government contracting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and Power BI visualization
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation required
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
- Active U.S. government security clearance preferred
