Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for clients.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal processes and cash flow management.
- Provide support for external audits and tax preparations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- CPA, CMA, or Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
