Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for clients
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation preparation
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments
- Conduct audits of financial records to identify discrepancies
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting principles
