Responsibilities
- Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and tax documentation
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with 99% accuracy
- Support audit procedures and maintain compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and ERP systems for financial data management
- Contribute to budget variance analysis and forecasting models
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) candidate preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
