Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance (federal/state)
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop financial forecasting models and budget tracking
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- CPA or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and Minnesota tax regulations
- Proven experience in month-end closing and reporting cycles
