Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with precision.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reporting for management.
- Maintain and update the general ledger system.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
