Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage and oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits, tax filings, and quarterly reviews.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation procedures.
