Responsibilities
- Oversee daily general ledger operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage intercompany account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and tax filings.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team.
