Responsibilities

- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with precision
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Optimize accounting workflows using ERP systems like NetSuite or QuickBooks Online
- Support external audits and tax preparation documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expertise in GAAP standards and financial reporting regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks Online, and ERP systems
