Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly tax filings and annual audit schedules.
- Maintain and update the general ledger system using industry-standard accounting software.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow and budget management.
- Process payroll documentation to ensure timely and error-free weekly disbursements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage software is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and general tax regulations in California.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
