Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures accurately and timely.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are processed correctly.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly management reports.
- Prepare and file tax documents and maintain tax compliance schedules.
- Conduct internal audits and financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
