Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with high accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors effectively.
- Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and GAAP standards.
- Streamline accounting workflows to improve departmental efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
