Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for 15+ clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with NetSuite automation
- Lead month-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and corporate cards
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Maintain internal controls documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance (CA, NV, AZ)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and SOX understanding
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
