Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements adhering to GAAP standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with 3-day turnaround targets
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX compliance documentation
- Optimize accounting workflows using QuickBooks and Excel automation
- Mentor junior accountants through our structured development program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and tax compliance regulations
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
