Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and coordinate with external auditors during year-end audits.
- Monitor budgets and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Candidate status is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
