Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and payment approvals with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile expense reports and maintain detailed financial documentation
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Lead month-end closing activities for weekend operations
- Mentor junior staff on AP best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expertise in SAP/Oracle ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Finance degree or equivalent professional experience
