Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage expense reports and reconcile discrepancies
- Update and maintain financial records in accounting software
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment status
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Support AP team with ad-hoc financial reporting tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
