Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings and remittances.
- Conduct detailed bank reconciliations and assist with internal audits.
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis for multiple departments.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records using accounting software.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of US tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
