Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in general ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP.
- Process payroll and ensure timely weekly disbursements for all employees.
- Conduct comprehensive bank reconciliations and internal audits.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for department heads.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
