Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal review and external audits.
- Assist in the preparation of local and state tax filings, ensuring timely submissions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and accounting software (QuickBooks or SAP experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
