Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L).
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with federal, state, and local tax preparation and filings.
- Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification or CMA designation preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax laws, and auditing standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
