Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Conduct detailed reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and balance sheet accounts
- Develop and implement financial controls to optimize cash flow and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Lead audit processes and maintain accurate documentation for tax compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in deadline-driven environments
