Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end closes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 4+ years of accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
