Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow)
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accurate month-end closing
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and collections
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Prepare tax documentation and support external audits
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with SOX controls and internal audits
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
