Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and executive dashboards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX/GAAP compliance
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-departmental collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in US markets
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and tax preparation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
