Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 50+ client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements/reports monthly
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct reconciliations for GL, bank, and tax accounts
- Implement internal controls and process improvements
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks/ERP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
