Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close processes for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Lead SOX compliance audits and internal control implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
- Utilize Oracle NetSuite and QuickBooks for real-time financial reporting
- Mentor junior accountants on GAAP compliance and best practices
- Develop process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 4+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems
- Deep understanding of SOX 404 requirements and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience managing multiple client portfolios
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Florida residency required for weekly pay processing
