Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger maintenance
- Coordinate tax compliance filings and quarterly reconciliations
- Lead month-end closing processes with journal entry reviews
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows (QuickBooks/Oracle)
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
