Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of CA tax regulations
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
