Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Develop and implement budget forecasting models for client portfolios
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and tax season preparations
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- CPA certification or active pursuit strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and financial reporting
