Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate quarterly tax filings and maintain compliance documentation
- Lead month-end closing processes and journal entry reviews
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor junior accountants on GAAP standards and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of FASB standards and tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting cycles
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Valid Florida CPA license required
