Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolio
- Manage complex reconciliations for multi-entity organizations
- Lead tax compliance processes including sales/use tax filings
- Implement internal controls and process improvements
- Mentor junior accountants on accounting software best practices
- Collaborate with audit teams during external examinations
- Develop customized financial reporting dashboards for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel Advanced Functions
- Strong GAAP compliance knowledge and auditing background
- Proven track record with multi-state tax compliance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- Excellent analytical and client communication skills
