Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including GL, AP/AR, and month-end closings
- Prepare financial statements and compliance reports for 50+ clients
- Lead audits and ensure adherence to GAAP/SEC regulations
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks and Excel
- Mentor junior accountants and provide training on financial systems
- Collaborate with tax specialists for quarterly filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing (required)
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven audit and compliance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
