Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with weekend reconciliation cycles
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with weekend closing deadlines
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance across weekend operations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Develop financial models and variance reports for executive review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial reporting
- Maintain GAAP compliance and implement accounting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Strong weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM)
- Expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience with multi-state tax filings
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills
