Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Oversee weekend payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Assist with quarterly audits and regulatory filings
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Collaborate with weekday team for cross-functional financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
