Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage weekend closing processes and month-end reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct variance analysis and financial reporting for leadership
- Support audit preparations and tax documentation
- Implement process improvements for weekend shift efficiency
- Maintain internal controls and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun 7am-4pm)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
