Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closing and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with weekend-specific deadlines
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting and reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks platforms
- Lead weekend team coordination for urgent financial matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in month-end closing and reconciliation procedures
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards
