Responsibilities
- Execute monthly close procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing for corporate clients
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with weekend deadline adherence
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure uninterrupted financial operations
- Conduct weekend audits and compliance checks for regulatory requirements
- Lead weekend financial system maintenance and data integrity checks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Proven weekend shift adaptability with financial systems
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
