Responsibilities
- Execute month-end close procedures and financial reporting
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable workflows
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Coordinate with weekday team for operational continuity
- Implement SOX compliance controls and audits
- Maintain accurate GL entries and financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 3+ years experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit required
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP
- Proven weekend shift reliability in finance roles
- Expertise in multi-state tax regulations
- Strong Excel modeling and data visualization skills
