Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all financial data.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and tax filings.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or government-related sector.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks).
