Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and ensure timely filing with state and federal authorities.
- Conduct internal audits and internal control reviews to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting processes and financial forecasting models.
- Ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and reported in our ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of US tax regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
