Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries and reconciliations.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close process efficiently.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors during annual reviews.
- Ensure tax compliance by preparing required tax documentation and returns.
- Provide financial insights and reporting to senior management to drive business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proven proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
