Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ client portfolios including month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead tax preparation and compliance initiatives for S-Corporations and partnerships
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Train junior accountants on accounting software and best practices
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Develop customized financial reporting for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA license required
- 5+ years experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Advanced knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proven track record of managing complex financial portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
